30 DAY HAUORA CHALLENGE

The Feels like home bro 30 day hauora challenge has been created to motivate & inspire more people to prioritise self while being a part of a safe & non judgemental community.

We wanted to ensure that people of all ages & fitness levels could jump on the waka so we have created 3 different levels you can choose from when you start this challenge.

NOW THERE ARE A FEW RULES YOU MUST FOLLOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS CHALLENGE:

RULE 1 = If you don’t complete all the tasks for your chosen level you must re start from day 1

RULE 2 = Take a before photo the day before commencing

RULE 3 = Share on social media that you are starting the challenge & tag FEELS LIKE HOME BRO or PIKI TE HAUORA so that we can follow you on your journey.

This level is for those who are currently doing little to no physcial training or are very time poor.

This level is for those who are looking to take the next step in their training but also looking for something that is sustainable post the challenge.

This level is for those who want to really test themselves and give this challenge absoloutley everything they have & leave nothing in the tank.

Both Te Rangi and Josh have vast experience across various fitness & health arenas. Te Rangi has competed in cross fit & enjoys functional training while Josh has competed in several fitness/physique model competitions & enjoys more of a bodybuilding style of training. Between them they have 15 years experience working in the fitness industry.

We have developed this space because we believe it is important that our people (all New Zealanders from all over the world) have a community where they can feel safe & comfortable while on a journey of self growth & connection.
